Do you supply boxes and packing materials?
Yes. Box supply and packing materials are part of the service, so you are not hunting for cartons at the grocery store the week before your move. Tell the crew roughly what needs packing, whole house or just the kitchen and a china cabinet, and the right quantity and sizes come with them. Call (715) 496-7189 to talk it through.
How far ahead should packing be done?
For a full house, packing the day before moving day is the usual rhythm, with rarely used rooms like storage and spare bedrooms done earlier if the schedule allows. Kitchens and bathrooms go last because you still need them. If you are packing yourself and want the crew for fragile items only, book that visit for the day before the truck comes.
How do you pack dishes and glassware?
Plates travel on edge, not stacked flat, with padding between each one and cushioning at the bottom and top of the box. Glasses and stemware get individually wrapped. Boxes stay small and heavy items go low, because an overfilled dish box is what fails on the stairs. Every fragile box gets labeled so it is loaded and carried accordingly.
